Up to what age/weight can I use the set?
All of our motors are suitable for a total weight of up to 15 kg, the smarla up to 18 kg. They serve as a sleep aid from 0 to 9 months. However, many parents tell us that their babies still like to fall asleep in it for well over 9 months. However, please be sure to observe the supervisory obligation required by the EU.
Can I wash the hammock?
Yes, of course. The hammock and the surface of the mattress are made of 100% certified organic cotton and can be washed at 30°C. Please do not put the hammock in the dryer.
Is Swing2Sleep safe for my baby?
Yes absolutely! Safety is very important at swing2sleep. Years of stress testing have been carried out to ensure maximum safety and sustainability. Also with our processed products.
What if it doesn't work for my baby?
No problem. You can order the set today and test it for 14 days as part of the right of withdrawal. If it doesn't help you, you can easily send the complete set back to us.
Can I adjust the speed of the motor?
Yes, of course! Not every baby likes it slow or fast. For this reason, we have continuously adjustable intensity levels that you can easily adjust directly on the motor and find the perfect rhythm for your baby.
How quickly will I receive the complete set?
For orders received from Monday to Friday by 1:00 p.m., we will ship your complete set on the same day. Courier usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver to you.
Do I have to assemble the frame myself?
Unfortunately yes :( In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, the frame is delivered in individual parts and has to be assembled by you at home. But don't worry, the frame is assembled in 10 minutes. Then just the motor and Add the hammock and your Swing2Sleep hammock will be ready for use in max. 20-30 minutes.

Technical data:
The motor weighs about 1.5 kg. It is about 40 cm long from the carabiner at the top to the carabiner at the bottom, 18 cm wide, and 18 cm deep.
The springs have a length of about 23 cm without weight and when in operation, with weight, up to 44 cm in length.
The total loading capacity is about 15 kg. This includes all components hanging from the lower carabiner hook. It is possible to upgrade to a higher loading capacity.
Our stands are designed for up and down movements and are not suitable for swings or hanging chairs.
