SHIPPING POLICY

By scheduling or selecting delivery services through www.Swing2sleep.me , you agree to be bound by these terms, conditions of use, and all applicable guidelines related to the shipping and return of Swing2sleep products.

Shipping & Delivery

We take utmost care in shipping your products. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing before dispatch.

  • Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability and payment confirmation).
  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time & Service

We use leading courier partners for shipments, ensuring delivery across the UAE within 24-72 hours.

For bulky items, deliveries may take 7-10 working days unless expedited shipping is requested. 

However, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or unreachable contact details
  • Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions
  • Regulatory checks by government departments

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to the following GCC countries:

Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are beyond our control and non-refundable.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

We take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a:

✔ Damaged item during transit
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Incorrect item

We will offer store credit for replacements if the issue is reported within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Email support@swing2sleep.me with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation before returning the item.
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier with tracking.
  4. Once received and verified, store credit will be issued.

⚠ Exclusions:

  • Gift certificates & pre-orders are non-refundable.
  • Returns without confirmation will not be accepted.
  • Items damaged by improper use or missing original packaging/accessories cannot be returned.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. For inquiries, email us at support@swing2sleep.me

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if the status is still marked as "Pending."
  • Once processed, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Any approved cancellation will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Packaging Issues

While we ensure high-quality standards, some imported products may have minor packaging wear due to long transit times. However, we guarantee that the product inside remains intact and brand new.

Refund Policy

  • No direct refunds are offered. Instead, store credit will be issued for future purchases.
  • If we cannot fulfil an order after confirmation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
